F.O.B. point upstate eastern New York. All orders are shipped F.O.B. freight prepaid and added directly to your invoice. All orders will be shipped by motor freight
or UPS depending on destination and weight of the shipment. Freight estimates provided as a service by us cannot be guaranteed. Without specific instructions
we reserve the right to ship by the method we deem most suitable.

No C.O.D. Shipments.

UPS Shipments: Additional packaging and handling is required for all UPS shipments. All orders shipped via UPS will be charged a per-carton repackaging charge.

Customers should inspect all cartons upon delivery. All claims for breakage should be filed with the trucking company.

No return will be accepted without prior approval.

Kambar Industries’ responsibility ceases after shipment is accepted by the shipping company. Many things can happen in transit. If we ship on the requested ship date, we feel morally and legally responsible that we have fulfilled our contract. Any returns or refusals are the responsibility of the customer.
