Some processes, materials or steps required to produce an order to acceptable standards may incur additional charges.

ART CHARGES: Orders requiring more than minimal art time will incur additional art charges. For an additional charge our art department can create custom designs, logos, and/or artwork. Designs requiring an extensive amount of artist time, such as converting a photograph or toned copy to a line drawing necessary to our printing processes will incur additional charges.

COLOR CHANGE: Changes in imprint color on the same product of a different color incurs an additional charge. The minimum quantity per color per item is 144.

NAME CHANGE on artwork.

SPECULATIVE SAMPLES: Pre-production samples incur all charges of a full production run.

GOLD/SILVER: Additional charge per size, Small (shot glasses, bells, etc.), Medium (mugs, ashtrays, tumblers, etc.), Large ( plates, etc.)

TRUCK SHIPMENTS: Additional charges per pallet.
