Kambar Industries maintains an extensive catalog of stock designs. Our art department is also available to create custom art. Custom designed artwork may incur
additional charges.

For customers who would like to provide artwork on disk or by e-mail, we can accept the following files:

.eps (EPS)
.tif (TIFF)
.jpg (JPEG)
Illustrator (saved as .eps)
Photoshop
Freehand (saved as .eps)
QuarkXPress (4.0 or earlier)
Pagemaker
InDesign

Files in any other formats may be acceptable, but we do not guarantee compatibility.

All artwork must be at least 300 dpi. Any fonts included must be converted to outlines. Any drawings, photos or other art that was imported (placed) must also be sent as a separate fi le and must meet the same guidelines as outlined above.

Due to the nature of ceramic colors used in the printing process PMS color matching is for reference only. An exact color match cannot be guaranteed.

Files can be sent on CD or e-mailed in either Mac or PC format. In each case a printed copy of the artwork should also be provided. ZIP and JAZZ disks are not accepted.

We reserved the right to determine if the art submitted is camera-ready. Artwork must be clean, sized at 100% and require no touch-up or alteration. Multi-color designs must be color separated, black and white art.

Avoid designs that include halftones (gray dotted areas) or very fine lines. Fine lines or halftones may look spotty or weak.

Halftones: 0–30% screens will be lost. 30%–80% is the optimum range for halftones at 45–60 dots per inch (DPI). 80%–100% screen patterns will fill in.

Lines: Thin lines may break or disappear. Lines bolder than .75 points are acceptable.

Any artwork submitted will be accepted with the assumption it is in compliance with all laws regarding copyright, trademark and patent protection. Kambar Industries disclaims all liability for compliance with these laws in connection with customer supplied art.
